How much are your deposit and rental fees?
To help you plan your budget with ease, we've created a Community Fee Guide that outlines potential costs beyond base rent. While not all costs will apply to every resident, we hope this helps you make the most informed decision possible.
Who can rent at Argenta?
Each person age 18 or older who will live in the apartment home must submit an application and satisfy the resident qualification requirements of the community. Posted qualifications are available on our website as well as during the application process. Any additional questions regarding rental qualifications can be directed to the property staff.
Which affordable housing programs do you accept?
We are committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local housing laws. Please speak to our property staff for our more information on Affordable Housing.
Is there a management team on-site?
We are professionally managed by Greystar. Our team is on-site during posted office hours. Don't forget to program the property number in your phone once you move in.
Do you have a resident app?
Yes! We offer the Living by Greystar app on both the Apple Store and Google Play. Or, you can access your resident portal by going to the website and selecting Resident Login.
What property amenities are available for residents?

What information do I need to provide for my application?
A government identification (driver’s license, passport) and your social security number. If you don't have a social security number, you may provide information from your passport. Please visit this link for additional details.
How do I report a maintenance need?
Often, you can complete a service need yourself using the self-serve maintenance assistant. If this is not the case for your specific need, you can easily request service in the Resident Portal. Non-emergency maintenance requests are scheduled on certain days of the week and may not be completed within a 24-hour time period. If you have a maintenance emergency, call (415) 621-4000 right away.
What is the move-in process like?
You can use our checklist to ensure your move-in day goes smoothly. Once approved and all payments have been made, you will receive a key to unlock your apartment’s front door on your move-in date. Inside your home, you will find any access devices and additional keys you may need. Our Leasing Center is available in case you encounter any snafus. Do not hesitate to contact them for assistance.
What payment methods are preferred?
We prefer electronic payment. Please speak with our property staff for more information.
Do you offer flexible payment options?
Yes, Argenta is now offering Flex rent payments.
With Flex, you can split your rent into smaller payments throughout the month — and still pay in full and on time. Flex is $14.99/month with a 1% bill payment fee.

Is renters' insurance required and included?
You must provide evidence of insurance coverage at initial lease signing and maintain throughout the entire term of your residency. You will be required to carry a minimum of $100,000 personal Liability Insurance coverage. Reach out to the local property team for additional details about insurance coverage requirements.
